Don't take offence to it. Hes generally a douche.

But man I hate to say it, your wrong. All ranger 4.0's from 2000 and up have been a SOHC engine. And from 99 and down it has been an OHV 4.0
No ranger has ever had a inline.

Yeah, really. Rangers NEVER came with an inline six. Unless your Ranger is part Jeep.

The 4.0 liter in the Jeep Cherokee's, Wranglers, Comanchee's, and Grand Cherokee's is a completely different animal then the one found in the Rangers. Just because they have the same amount of liter's doesn't mean they are even close to the same in design. I know so many people who think they are all exactly the same.

Welcome to R/F!

You dont have a straight 6. Just to humor you I even checked Fords Canada site, sure enough only the SOHC V6 in the FX4. So your either the worst technician ever or your not a technician.
