This is my first post here ,I spend my time between Petawawa and Ottawa I have a 1996 Mazda B3000 extended cab with 287000kms on it , it is a work in progress . I have always wanted a truck and certain changes in my life and situation forced me to get a inexpensive set of wheels . I found this truck at a very reasonable price so i bought it .
There have been a few changes already - Recaro seats , modified Explorer center console , A Windstar roof console, stereo,power door locks added , all this is work in progress . I hope to have the interior completed by summers end .
the exterior , just installed power mirrors (need to make a wiring harness)need to replace a few parts , fenders, rad support , and the bed . I have Mustang r17 inch rims with 245/45/17 tires . I want to lower the truck 2/3 static drop .
As for engine choice , I really haven't decided yet , it is a toss up between a 5.0 swap , or turbo , hence why I signed on here . From what I have seen there is a wealth on information to be had on this site .
