I have a 1990 Ranger with the 4.0 engine. I have no turn signals. The 4-way flashers work, have a new 15-amp fuse in the fuse panel and have changed the flasher unit. I have looked for shorted wires under the dash with no success and would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks in advance.
