Turn Signal Conundrum

Not sure if Conundrum is spelled right but i do have a problem haha.
So my turn signals dont work but my hazards do.
1. I have switched out the Turn lever
2. I have switched out the turn signal/hazard harness
3. i have switched both the hazard #21 and turn signal fuses #10
4. Is the relay fuse underneath the steering wheel for both the hazard and turn signals or can it only interfere with one feature?
What are my possible problems now?
A short somewhere? but my fuse is not blowing
The turn bulbs are being stupid?
Or
Switch out the relay switch.
Thanks for your help!
Oh
Maybe when I switched out the harness for the turn lever I rewired it wrong. But its copper WGAF! If that could be it does anybody have a color coded diagram?
Thanks again for your help!

Try jumping the relay with a paper clip. If you don't know how there are lots of instructional videos on Youtube.

Hazards and Turn signals share the same 5 post flasher relay, but because hazards work and turn doesn't won't mean relay is OK.

Flasher relay is in Aux Box 1 with other relays, usually just above gas pedal area.

When you say turn signals don't work does that mean when you put down the lever nothing happens?
Or do the lights come on and just don't flash?

The front turn signals and dash signals are on the same circuit, rear turn lights are on a different circuit in the turn signal stalk, same for most vehicles
So wire in and to the turn signal stalk is probably OK.

The Hazard uses the same wiring out of the turn signal stalk to flash the lights so wiring to all the lights is OK, assuming they all flash, lol.

The source of the voltage that is common for both front and rear turn signals is the most likely problem, so flasher relay would be next stop

Keep blowing turn signal fuse

Recently, I discovered that my turn signals on my 1990 weren't working but 4 way flashers work. Checked the fuse, which was blown replaced it and they worked again. Drove around for a short time and they stopped working again, fuse was blown again. Replaced both flashers, checked bulbs and wiring and replaced blown fuse again and the turn signals worked. Left turn signal on for 10 minutes or more while rotating steering wheel in both directions with no problem. Next trip I made, blew the fuse again. After several attempts to find what was causing the problem, I discovered that the fuse blows when I shift into or pass through reverse with the shift lever. The 4 way flashers continue to work. Would appreciate any suggestion as to where to go from here. Would like to resolve the issue of using hand signals to make my turns before the rains return.

My 2004 is doing the same thing. 4ways flash, including dash lights. Turns do nothing, no lights at all. Changed the relay that is under the column, it pulses with the 4ways. Changed the turn/wiper unit in the column, no change. Checked fuses in the engine compartment box, all good. Unplugged and reinstalled every relay in that box. Is there a 12v power source to the relay for the turns and another 12v for the 4ways?

Well, son of a bitch. I found a broken connection way up under the dash. Problem solved, blink blink!
