Unknown power steering leak

I recently purchased a 1998 2.5 liter ford ranger. A few days later I noticed that it was leaking power steering fluid and found that it was leaking where the high pressure hose connects to the pump so I replaced the high pressure hose which fixed that leak. A couple hours later I noticed that it was still leaking in that general area this time under the pump where the resovore and pump connect so I decided to replace the pump and the old return line while I was at it. But now I’m really stumped only because there seems to be another leak that I can’t identify. The only reason that leads me to believe this is because no matter what method I try to bleed the air out of the power steering system it seems like there’s no end to the air coming from the resavore. I jacked up the front tires turning the wheels lock to lock for almost 2 hours in total hoping that’s I could get rid of all the air in the system. Next I tried to use a mityvac vacuum pump and I couldn’t even get it to hold any air, it was just like it was sucking air in and not even allowing it to hold. I also checked all the lines that go into the steering rack next to where the return line and high pressure line go into the power steering rack. If anyone has any suggestions to what might be going on it would be a huge help. Thanks.
