My name is Chance, I just bought an '01 Ranger XLT withn the 3.0 v6. Just looking for advice on the up keep and all. I have plans for it, these trucks have a lot of potential and they're bullet proof

 

Only problem with a 3.0 is the auto tranny's strength. A 5 speed + 3.0 will run forever

i would eventually like to make it something i can take to work but have fun in on the weekends. i wanna get all the missing pieces put back on and replace the beat up stuff, i need a rear bumper, a tailgate, a center and left hand tail lights.
