Alright so DDM is dicking me over and i need some help. Can someone go pick up the HIDS i need and ship them to me? I need this done today or tomorrow. They are christmas gifts. I will paypal the money and pay shipping of course and a couple bucks for you.

Im about an hour away from DDM in san diego. I could go do this but if someone is closer than me (Im in orange county) that would be better. Only thing is i would need more than a couple bucks.

Yea i am looking for someone closer. I don't wanna have to pay a **** load to drive all the way out there. The HIDS are only 65.00. And shipping will be 10 and i am only looking to pay 5-10$ to go grab them. Thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

If you want those things to get to you by Xmas, then you might have to pay a bit more on shipping than that.. The shipping services are swamped.

I bet you won't be shopping online this close to Christmas anymore. For the record, DDM's customer service is AWESOME. They've got slow shipping, but I can't say I can do any better considering they get hundreds of orders a day.

 

They wouldn't do anything for me. They sent me out an email two days after i purchased everything and said it would be on back order for two weeks. But it can be picked up in the store.


And i can ship with fedex for free so i can do that if anyone can help me out!

 

Sounds like they have their own stock for in-store sales and their shipping department gets their product shipped directly from a warehouse... the warehouse is out, but the store isn't. When a company has a web presence, normally the brick and mortar store is a seperate entity than the website.

 

Also... because a company is out of stock and can't ship something they don't have, they're ******* you over?
