Aftermarket engine parts?

Need some help I wanna give my 2.3l 4cyl some more power and better fuel economy, any ideas? I'm plan on putting 31s since I'll be taking it hunting and where I hunt at I need ground clearance and good tires. But are K&N cold air intakes really worth it? And are throttle body spacers worth it too? Thanks for the help guys

CAI and throttle body spacers are completely useless, don't waste your money. Bigger tires are obviously going to hurt your power and fuel economy. Best power/fuel economy mods are going to be a tuner and an e-fan. With a 1995 maintenance (ie. spark plugs) are going to help increase your power/mpg back to stock form.

edit: Just read your sig. Why spend money on mods for your 2.3 when you are planning to put a 5.0 in it?
