Bday truck
I just got this 2000 Ford ranger stepside for my bday. I want to put a small lift kit on it, little bit bigger tires, and a light bar for now. Anybody have suggestions for the best stuff commonly used that is also not to pricey. I’m not looking for big and bad, still need it low profile.

I was able to piece together a 2 inch lift for about 100 bucks. It ended up costing a little more than that since I ended up replacing a bunch of other
stuff while I was working on it. New shocks all around, new leaf spring hangers, new sway bar links all that jazz.
I got a set of coil spring spacers for the front and a set of extended leaf spring shackles for the back. Lifted the whole thing about 3 inches. I'm pretty
happy with how it turned out. The whole project took about 2 days to do in total.
