Well my truck is a standard cab, and has the manual transmission. So the middle area between the seats is quite useless. Any way I have been considering doing the 64/40 bench to 40/40 bucket mod, but I have a few questions.

1. Has anyone done this on an 04+ truck with the seat belt pre-tensioner?

2. I have vinyl seats, Will that make any difference.

3. I will defiantly need some seat covers. Can someone recommend a good pair that is fabric, Fits or can be fitted to contour decently to the seats, that doesn't cost a billion dollars like the wet okle ones?

4. Can an explorer console that inst full length be used with the manual tranny?

Any pics you would like to include would be awesome.

You can use a full length Explorer console. Pics are not of my truck! I think it looks great with the Hurst shifter and all.

 

The question was about the pre tensioner. I have a few questions rolled in to one thread

 

Not a huge fan of the full length. But I guess if you can use one, an half length shouldn't be a problem.
