How big is it? Like whats the inlet size and the dimensions of the box? It will look real sick sitting low to the ground on your truck.

I meant on a lowered truck. The flat bottom would match the line of the road. Your truck is lowered right? Square tips always looked good sitting close to the road. My '95 z28 had rectangular tips, I guess that is why I think they look good sitting low and out the back.

I was mistaken then. I thought you said before it was lowered. Well those tips will look good on your truck especially since you got plans to lower it.

On a side note, do you know what you are gonna do to the front end when you lower it. Are you gonna do a body kit or stick with the XLT front bumper?

I cannot tell a lie... I think thats a terrible tip. But I think the point of modding a truck is to do what YOU like to it, so do what YOU like, not what I like.

I'm personally very partial to my 3" rolled tips:

I'm with Wowak. If i was going to modify my exaust, it would look exactly like his. I don't find the flame tips very attractive.

well the reason for the flame tips is bcuz if u see my truck and the theme of it, which will be painted with tru blue fire on my next bday, i thought it would be ok bcuz of my truck theme and be different from other people..im kinda like the person who goes a different way than other.

It's completely up to you and your decision. But even with the flame's on it now, and the flames you're planning on adding, i still wouldnt add the flame tip. It would be a bit overkill for me.

I think it would be ghey on a guys truck, but for a chic, I dont see why not. Girls are able to get away with so much more than guys.

I have noticed, girls do things with vehicles that guys wont do because they are thought of as knowing nothing about them, so that makes it OK. God forbid a guy to do something out of the box. So do it. I bet it would be nice.

Now if you could make it shoot real flames out of those exhaust tips, then it would own.

To be honest, I wouldnt mind getting green or dark purple neons under my truck, but I dont know if they are in style in my neck of the woods and because of that, i dont. Stupid reason not to get something, but I am a guy, so i have to follow the rules =(

thanx..i think ur right bout the chick thing...we can get away with stuff, and i wanted to get it to shoot real flames..but apparently its illegal, go figgure lol.....and blah, if underglow is not common or "in style" in ur neck of the woods then that should give u more of a reason to do it..ull get more looks..i have purple underglows, some of the brightest in my neck of the woods...i like mine...u should do it...i was the first truck in my area to have blue flame tinted windows, that was odd to a lot of people, and when im at the mall i get people commn outa no where talkin to me bout them...and then i went back to my tint guy and he said that hes been having people up in there talkin bout the ranger with blue flame tint and wantin it similar stuff...i was like kool..be a trend setter if u want, or do it jus for urself.

Me at a glow off in Pensacola:

i didnt think about the rusting part..i gotta find out if they do..........

in a glow off, u line up all the cars in a row, the judge will count all of the bulbs/lights u have in the car/truck... the classes ussually are 1-4 tubes, 5-10, 11-20, over 20.....they mark down how bright it is, the use of it, where its located, if it blinks or not, and uniquness of it.
