Flares or No Flares??

I was washing the truck today when I noticed that my rear passenger side fender flare was loose, sure enough 3 clips are missing and since the other side is also missing 1 of those clips Im thinking of taking my fender flares off but I need opinions! I got these flares from jcw.com and so far can not find replacement clips..

#1 Keep flares, try to find replacement clips and hope the back one doesnt fall off by then,,

#2 Screw on the flares to the fenders.. rust?

#3 Just take them off

do you have any local 4wheelparts or summit racing near you? bring the clips there...or pep boys, autozone, kragen...and see if they can match them up

if you cant find clips get some double sided tape, that stuff holds really well and its easy to get off with a heat gun...

I put the edge flares on my xlt using only the bottom edge plastic rivets with holes and double sided mounting tape around the edge on the side of the truck and it has held on fine.

Keep the flares. Add some nerf bars too. Truck looks good. I have OEM flares on my stepside. I broke off the clips on the sides, screwed the bottoms on and used double-sided tape for the sides. Has held up for the last 4 months fine.
