Hello all.
I am trying to put some Weathertech floor mats in my 2002 XLT extended cab. My problem is they did not start making the molded mats until 2005. Does any one know if the interior floor design changed between 2002 and 2005?

 

Driver's side is the same from 1998-2011. Passenger side however is a different story. The fuse box moved from the driver's side dash to the passenger side kick panel, which means that the kick panel sticks out further, and there is less room in that section of floor. If you were to put a set of the mats for a 2005 in your truck, there would be a gap between the passenger side mat and your kick panel.
