this is probably dumb but anyways. i have a flow master, not sure what series(aquired for free from a friend a few years ago). would it sound compleatly stupid and like a ricer if i replaced the stock muffler with it and put a turn down right after it? i guess it would help to know what type it is but it doesnt have any name on it other than flowmaster.

 

no, it'll sound good.

all the flowmaster mufflers have about the same sound to them, when u get into the more pricey ones, thas when they kind of stray away from rumble and more generic loud noise....

i'm guessing it's a 40 series...that seems to be the most common...it'll sound good. not too loud, but loud enuf u and other drivers will know u got something...

 

as long as it wont give it the tinny noise, thats the only worry...such a small motor with the exaust
