i need some new cheap ideas for my truck!

being a poor college kid, i dont have crazy money for susp lifts and awesome tires, i need some real cheap/free mods....either preformance or cosmetic, i dont mind spending like 200 bucks, and i would buy a lift cause there only 150 but stupid me i bought 31s recently and i would do 33s with a 3in bl....so now im stuck i wanna keep makin my truck better but idk what to do, please help

1. full lenght or shorty center console
2. explorer bucket seats
3. explorer OHC
4. explorer dual visors
5. paint interior

yea most deff, i have the clay bar kit and wax i got to clean it real good, rudy isnt happy with me....rudy being my truck lol...<3 .....and why does everyone say remove mud flaps? i like them

honestly i never thought of taking them off, ill have to look at my truck tomorrow see what i think, i gotta wash it tommorow anyway

Agreed. Your truck will look fine with 31s, a BL is cheap and it'll make us happy.

im workin on painting my interior it aint easy but i think its worth it mines lookin pretty good so far. but like i said A LOT of work

new headlight bezels... night shade the tail lights.. thats a good start..

def the muddflaps, never really payed attention to it. but looks way better without them.

The stepsides look really good with the mud flaps off. Kind of accentuates the curve of the bed. You could also update the tails.

this aint my thread.......obviously......but i got a quick question will 99 tails work on my 93 without a lot of mods to sheet metal/wireing

torison bar crank, nite shade tail lights+ 3rd brake light, billet grille,

hell if i was you id just start collecting parts for 01+ ranger front end conversion, explorer seat swap(depending on how tall you are), better shocks....

yea im 6 foot 3 so im not sure if that is too tall for explorer seats, but the 01+ front end conversion is a good idea

why would it matter how tall you are with the explorer seats mine sit just as low if not lower than my stock seats. i do have full power so i can make them super low

Don't do explorer buckets, especially in a regular cab. I'm 6'5" and I lost a lot of legroom with my Explorer buckets in my extended cab.

i would recommend some easy mods, like for instance one of alon's maglight mount, or possibly some LED door locks...

body lift it also... 31's are god size tires, they won't look dumb... and eventually you will be able to sell them and buy some 33's

Nice thread bump.... No anything from 98-01 will work and up to 04 sport-tracs

can someone confirm that explorer bucket seat will fit in my 02 edge (chrome yellow edition) 4dr with crappy jump seats
