lifting a 2009 ranger sport

lifting a 2009 ranger sport

Does anyone know what the best lift and tire size would be good for a 2009 ranger sport

Fabtech 3" spindle lift and add a leaf is what I just got and im happy with it. Performance Accessories 3" body lift would be much cheaper but it doesnt give you true clearance. Also 2008 and newer rangers have reindexed torsion keys which actually lowered the truck aprox 1"- 1.5" compared to previous years. Only way to fix that is to buy torsion keys from an older ranger and you will get that height back. Toss some belltech shackles on to get 1.5" in the back. Search " prekey" lift and you will get alot of results on this forum..its been discussed alot. As for tires it depends on what you want. 32x11.5 is whats recommended for the kits but myself and most others are fitting 33x12.5's with minimal to no rubbing

Your forgetting that in 09 the regcab sport is coil sprung. If its an ext cab all those will work. Otherwise he has to go with the coil sprung lifts.

right I totally forgot. In that case before we go any further we have to know if your coil or torsion bar
