Colors, font, and spacing may appear differently than actual plate(s) due to varying screen
resolutions and web browser settings.
Blue and White Series:
* To purchase a personalized license plate(s), you must apply at a Secretary of State branch office.
* Personalized plates are available on non-commercial and commercially owned passenger cars, pickup trucks, vans, motor homes, hearses, buses, and motorcycles. Personalized plates are not available on trailers and trailer coaches.
* You may request personalized plates at any time. Approval is based upon plate
availability.
* Registration and service fees will be collected at time of application. Proof of
insurance must be presented.
* A non-refundable personalized service fee will be assessed in addition to the annual
registration fee. This service fee is prorated based on the number of months the plate is
valid, according to the following schedule:
$8.00 for first month
$2.00 for each remaining month
Example: A plate for 7 months would be assessed a service fee of $20.00
* There is an additional $5 charge for a second plate.
* Renewal fee: $15 personalized service fee in additional to the annual plate fee.
* Your license plate(s) will be mailed within 14 business days.
Note: The selected plate may not be available at the time of application.
All requests are subject to final approval by the Michigan Department of State.

Right now mine is Rocky 04, but i wanted to change it to something else..just cant think of anything right now...ill wait until its time to pay for some new stickers anyways, because its only an extra 10$ to change plates, mine are like 100 $ to renew every year
