I could see if you had a 4 banger or 3.0 a V6 from a mustang would be easier then a V8 swap. The 99-04 mustang V6 had 190 HP and a lot of torque(I think 235 ft lbs). The 94-98 though didn't have much power like 155 HP but they had 215 ft lbs or torque. Which is less HP but more torqu then a 3.0 and pretty close to the old 4.0 push rod.
The 99-04 mustang V6 would be a worth while swap like i said if you had a 3.0 or 4 banger or if you motor was shot.
Its easier and cheaper to swap in a V6 then it is a V8. i don't think there is anything wrong with doing a V6 swap like i said if you have a 3.0 or 4 banger or the old 2.9 or your motor is shot.

Somebody with a sig like that, can't be serious about swapping engines in his truck. He refers to his truck as a car...and thinks 2 plugs per cylinder is "woot woot"...
