New tires soon, might as well get new wheels too...Right??

I am anticipating having to get some new tires by the time summer gets here so i have began looking for some rims to replace my stock steels ones.
I found a set of mustang wheels on Craigslist for $50 and i think they would be pretty cool. Best i can tell they are from an 99-04 v6 or something similar and should be a direct bolt on.

Are my facts right or would it take a little more work to get these to work on my Ranger? Has anyone ran these wheels on a Ranger or seen it done before and have any pics to show me? Looking forward to hearing some feedback!

wrong. on 2wds mustang rims will not fit over the hun on the front. rear is fine. youll need spacers to run them up front.

so i have two conflicting answers here and am not sure which to believe lol. anyone else have any expertise they could share with me. I found out they are from a 2002 Mustang and are 16x7 if that makes a difference.
