I'm not a fan of the black wheels, but I am uber bored at work so I did this for you because I just started playing with PSP9:

sell them and buy some black wheels
if you off road the paint will scratch off - unless you powercoat or bake in on in some manner
IMO just not worth it - better to sell those and use the money for from the factory blacks

Black Rims on White Rangers looks absolutley amazing, one of the best combos imho. Also thank you for teaching me that, I didn't know that the rims that came on my '00 were from an offroad package. I don't have the offroad package on my truck though, just a plain XLT model, interesting. I would say go ahead and paint them, it would look different, maybe a little redneck to other Ranger owners but hey.

at quadratech black cragars are cheap. 34-36 bucks a piece. Another vote for selling the stockers and getting new. Black could look good with a white rig, could look bad, I've seen both around here..

we have what lug style? i dont wanna change the rim size much more then maybe go to 16x8.. the tires will still fit right? if im not mistaken mine are 16x7.

and waht back spacing should i go for? im new to that part of the game, i kinda understand it.. i just dont know what would be best on a ranger? i guess i have no choice though, it depends on the wheel width i go for

5 on 5.5" 16x7 4" $49.99
5 on 5.5" 16x8 5" $52.99

5x4.5" homie

BTW, I also vote for selling them. I made the mistake of painting my toyota's alloys, and later realized that the paint didn't hold up to rocks, and I could have just sold them for waay more than I thought.
