Possible looking to change my wheels out.

I am thinking I would like to get something different with my wheels.

I have the alloys now, and am not sure what all fits my truck. But what I am thinking is that with the vista blue, that some powdercoated gloss black wheels would look really good on my truck.

anyone have any suggestions on vehicle donors to look for? Also, how would the tpms deal work?

Some 15x8's with some 31 BFG's would look pretty sweet

You'll have to take the TPMS out of your stock wheels unless you buy new ones. You can reuse them and either buy new bands or make your own to put on the new wheels.

Yes you will have to get the TPMS switched to the new wheels. I have heard quotes of about $100 to do that though.

Its a band that wraps around the entire wheel. I think you need a special tool to remove it.

Its not a measurement. Its already on your wheel. You just transfer it over.

What should I look for thats a direct replacement? I have some people telling me 05+ mustang rims are the same, Is that so?

Also any suggestions yall got Ill take into consideration.

Color preference is either black or gunmetal gray.

How does powder coating the alloy rims hold up? that is something else I am considering. Getting another set of Ford rims, and having them done black.

Anything that is 5"x4.5 bolt pattern will fit. try to stay in the 16" range, since thats what comes stock. but 15's would fit too.

20" Cobra R's

Couldnt find a ranger pic, but you get the point from the expo

But get some meatier tires or your truck will look goofy... These are 17" (says 17"s but they look like 16"s) cobras with car tires... looks ugly.
