I agree. Definitely need the big logo on it. Front or back, either way works for me. Although If it is in the front it may be a convo starter? I guess the same for in the back too...Maybe both sides big logo's? lol Na, I vote little logo front and big logo rear. That's how our shirts are for powdercoat-it and we get plenty of attention with those shirts.

I will say it is a good idea to do both hoodie and t shirt. one for winter and one for summer. long sleeve for those in between times??? Not gonna lie, It sounds like people on here don't like long sleeves. If you guys do choose to make them I wouldn't hesitate to buy one.
