Doing just the grille or the whole front end?

 

just the grill and a hood. Since mine is a 98 the newer style glass hood allows me to run the raptor grill in it.

 

This response leaves me wondering what you smoke? you are comparing a raptor to a raptor killer. whats wrong with you!!? lol but seriosly an actual raptor would be awsome but I dont have the cake for one, so my mini 5.0 raptor look-a-like will have to do for now.

 

and I forgot this is a 1 piece raptor conversion not just a grill and hood combo. I think it could have looked a little more proportional had they used smaller style headlight JMO thou.

 

if done properly, and proportioned, and not copying the raptor grille, it could look awesome. but sorry trying to copy the raptor exactly is just dumb imo.

maybe thats just cause i hang out on a raptor forum and am a huge raptor fan lol.

and a 5.0 ranger long travel is no where near beating a raptor.
the raptor has so many electronic goodies and **** it comes with it gives it a leg up on everything. even a f150 raptorized will not beat a raptor.
and modded ranger vs stock raptor? doesnt seem right imo. if you get to spend money on a ranger, spend money on a raptor to and do the same mods. raptor wins.


not denying a LT ranger is badass and i do plan on doing mine, but it wont compare to a raptor :)

a raptor has 13" of travel.
but if you LT the raptor you end up with 18" of travel.

you cannot compare the 2 trucks. its just retarded. saying a ranger is better obviously you have no idea what the raptor has to offer in its entirety.

 

When you buy a raptor you have spent more than if you buy a ranger.... It's not hard to understand what I said.

Let's say I have 40 grand. I buy a real nice ranger, I have 30 left. I buy a raptor I have maybe 10 left.

Buying a raptor doesn't mean you have tons of money to spend, lots of people buy cars they can't afford...

I havent updated or posted her for awhile, but I am in the looks for doing it again, and soon. Have some money saved up, and a friend from work is going to see what he can do and all with his car club for me. So hopefully Ill be uploading a pic of my truck with the decal soon :D

a raptor decal on a raptor wouldnt be very unique.

 

I layed a black set on my ranger which is an 07 redfire metallic, it looks extremely good, it actually inspired my overall finished product idea, you can see the vinyls and what I've done soo far in my photos, good or bad, lemme know Wat you think, thanks

 

Thanks! I went to my local sign an print shop showed them a raptor decal off the introweb and asked if they could duplicate it to fit the manger. the pic shows the outcome.

 

I saw a pic of a black raptor with the dirt graphics in red...hmmm.
