1st plan is to custom fab a skidplate, mostly for looks out of diamond plate and all stainless steel hardware,, The plate is only 1/8" thick so I might use 1/4" Steel to back it up, all bolted together.

2nd plan to paint my bumpers with the same stuff I coated the bottom of my truck with, Hammered Rustolem,,

3rd once it arrives: Passenger side A-pillar with grab handle and bracket from pastfinder,,

4th tiling the bathroom aswell,, gonna be a busy week,,

and maybe 5th.. how long can I ride on these ball joints before I have to get new ones?

i go there for the summer, for spring break im stuck here

the beach is nice, small waves though,, good fishin if you can find it..

 

There's some great fishin' in padre! I'm spending my week workin on the sammi!

 

south padre mon-fri maybe saturday, depends if i have any alcohol left or not haha.
and being in a hotel room with 5 females and my friend jared aint bad either ha... well not for me cuz jared is sleeping on the floor hahahh

Got started on the bathroom, orginaly it had carpet and we had to rip the crap out,, clean it,, prep it,, then got to work,, only got this far before dinner time,,


plan is to finish laying the tile tomorrow and get a grouting,, let it sit and by monday have the toilet back in place and the grout sealed..

still gotta start on my other projects
and 2 essays due next monday

that way we get the piece cut before we need it, makes it hella fast,, but food is a good reason to stop..

 

Good way to spend spring break.

I plan on doing a couple things on my spring break/easter break. I am going to Herculine the interior of my truck. And TILE the backsplash in my kitchen.

me and the wife are going to the outer banks of SC. that is why i have to hurry up and build the sleeping platform for my truck.

 

me, starting tomarrow, I am painting my old room. flat white cieling, beige walls, and off with semi gloss trim.... thats my project for tomarrow.... shouldnt take more than 2hrs.

 

work work work. I do have thursday off though.

 

work for me to BUT I think I feel a cold coming on *cough cough* and the only remedy I know is the beach! :D

Since i will be on vacation from work during my colleges spring break... i was going to go back out to cali with my GF to meet her family (she's originally from Huntington Beach) but since she's been out there for the past 3 weeks (her grandfather died, than a few things came up that kept her out there longer than she expected) she's in no rush to go back... so looks like i'll just be spending the whole week with her here relaxing, and hoping it doesn't snow. lol One can never tell with this lovely ohio weather.

going to reuse my existing apiller trim because the one made for the handle does not line up correctly on the headliner,, so the extra a-piller trim is going on ebay soon as is the rivet gun,, only needed it for this,,
