strobe lights and relays

hey, i have some cheap $25 strobes from advanced auto parts in my headlights and reverse lights, but last time i was at advance, i find some hazard/blinker light relays, so i was wondering if it would be possible to use the relays on my high/low beams just like strobes, but on one it would have to have a slight delay so they dont go at the same time...any ideas

oh, and i do know that strobe are highly illegal here in iowa, you have have them, but you just cant drive around w/ then on, in parking lots its ok, i've already checked w/ the police department.

Umm I know strobe are illegal to have on but in indiana revolving headlights/wig wags are illegal not matter what. The only vehicels that can have them are rescue/police vehicles. Not sure if the autozone special or whatever it is could do it.

at nite the streetglow ones are kinda bright, they only work at nighttime tho. i used to hvae them in my intrepid in the fog lights and the reverse lights, it was pretty cool, but it was only cool at nite. then i sold it and put the strobes in my truck, and they suck haha, they bulb doesn't reflect that well, but i have yellowed over head lights. im getting some new ones off ebay pretty soon w/ the corner lenses and projector's.

i dont plan on having advanced do it for me, i was going to do it myself. but i wanted to know if it would work, if i wired the relay into the high/low beam myself, if it would work or not. i think it would but i dont wanna blow $30 on something that i can't take back.
