how about you take your factory lights and take some sand paper and make the light a little rough and go to AUtozone and find a cool little decals and tape off your lites, then take some auto spray paint and spray the light and make your own lights that'll be pretty pimp!

After you have pushed the tab back a little, you will then need to cut the end of the bolt that holds the tail gate cable, (shown with red arrow), DO NOT CUT INTO THE THREADS OF THE BOLT! You just need to cut a small portion of the smooth part off at the end of the bolt. You do not need to remove the bolt to cut it unless you want to. I left it in and cut it with a hacksaw. Just be careful when it gets ready to cut through so you won't ram the teeth of the saw into your truck. Also when cutting with the saw be careful and take your time or you will jump the saw off the bolt and maybe chip some paint off your truck somewhere. After you cut a small portion of the end of the bolt off you can use the long screws from the factory lights on the outside of your new light to put it back in. How you want to wire the lights up is up to you. The short factory screws on the inside next to the tailgate you will not be able to use......They are too short and not wide enough. You can see the ones that I used in the pic laying in the bed of my truck. I used some plastic washers at the top of mine....After you do this the lights should fit just fine!
