Tornado in exhaust?

If those tornado things are supposed to improve airflow through your intake, what about putting one in your exhaust with a flowthrough muffler?

dont do that, all they do is spin the airflow. And that really doesnt help that much. Exhaust is all about back pressure

actually they dont even spin the air, they just plug it up

and if exhuast was all about back pressure, then these would be perfect for exhuast

Exactly, all they are is money makers. If you could find a way to put a tornado in an exhaust, I'd like to see that just for kicks -Mike-

LOL. Time for a electric turbo in the exhaust to suck the exhaust out. Also you can add magnets to the pipe to straighten the exhaust flow as well.

Bottom line: The Tornado is a useless product that actually does nothing it advertises. The only thing is does is RESTRICT airflow on your intake.

Putting it on your exhaust would do two things. One, restrict it even more. And two, probably melt it or set it on fire. Both of which are bad things.

I'm not so sure of that Matt. I've seen some cars around here recently where that would not necessarily be a bad thing.
