Bottom line: The Tornado is a useless product that actually does nothing it advertises. The only thing is does is RESTRICT airflow on your intake.
Putting it on your exhaust would do two things. One, restrict it even more. And two, probably melt it or set it on fire. Both of which are bad things.

They improve airlfow like adding sugar to your gas tank improves gas mileage.
