I’ve been looking high and low for an underdrive pulley kit for my 2008 4.0, having a pretty difficult time coming up with anything. If anyone has a lightly used kit they’d be willing to part with, or if someone more knowledgeable in aftermarket components could point me in the right direction I would be very grateful.

Has anyone had any success with this kit? Any feedback would be awesome, I’d like to hear how it worked out. Any problems with the alternator, and was there a noticeable difference with gas mileage?

 

According to Rock auto, the 2008 4.0 Ranger and Mustang use the same harmonic balancer, so I don't know why it wouldn't work
