I have a 5r55 from an 07 mustang 4.0 it has 28k miles on it and I was told it would fit the ranger. Not sure if they were right but I'm looking to get 300 for it but am certainly open to offers. It is located in NE PA. No torque converter. Trans runs perfectly.

 

5r55s was in the rangers as well, not sure of the year, but i think its may be int he 04 and up

It was only used on Explorers but I think it is compatible with the 4.0 SOHC
