Coilover Conversion Brackets (MA)

looking to see if anyone on here can make me a set of coilover brackets for my truck. im sick of the stupid torsion bars getting hung up on stuff and getting me stuck plus my tbars are sagging already. I don't need them all welded up, just cut out with all the holes for the bolts and stuff.

Just PM me if its something one of you guys can do if you don't want to get bombed for requests/PM's from other people which im sure there are who also want sets.

I agree--if somebody would start making these again-and if they were as nice as ORW's-they would sell a crap-load of them on here! I'd be on that list for sure. I got boned when ORW stopped making theirs-I was ready to place my order when Nick said that they were no longer available. Some body with some mad fab skills should step up.

The big thing would be liability. If a part like this fails it will cause major damage. I don't know if a member wants to put themselves in that position.

Exactly, which is why I won't be making them. That may also be part of the reason why ORW stopped. I heard they started having too many issues with them.

As Zach said, that drawing was made long before ORW started making the brackets. As a matter of a fact, I was told they used this drawing to make their design. The ORW brackets are a little different. This drawing was originally made by another RF member, but this is my version. I used his as a base and added more detail, such as lengths and straight edges.

Anyone is welcome to use the drawing to make or have their own brackets made.

These brackets aren't the same as either one of the other production versions. They are similar, but not the exact same.

Either way, yes, they will have to be cut out about 2" bigger than needed.

Just to be clear, I am not going to be making any coil-over brackets. No need to PM inquiring about having brackets made. I am just having the needed pieces cut out from a local machine shop for Pedro. He is going to have the welding done himself.
