things you will need...
6 o-rings from Ford (I can get the part number if needed) cost 15$
a degree or two hotter Motorcraft spark plugs. (I have the part number)
custom tune for your PCM from Doug at bamachips or any SCT tuner.

if you want to run this on a pre03 model 4.0L you will need a high flow fuel pump and plug the EGR.

Ya I completely understand my only hurdle is explaing to her why this kit is so much more than the other that I've been ranting about for thr last few months (caster kit......)I'll keep trying though

 

lol, well this is more complete! Have you seen the RP caster kit in person? It is a nice kit but I dont think it is made as well.

The only advantage to the RP Caster kit that I can see is more boost, but I would be afraid to put more than 6lbs to the 4.0 without cooling it. That is for another discussion thread though.
