My shifter is free spinning on the stub shaft, I need the bolt so I can start driving my truck again.

 

Do you have a Facebook? If so, there's a group called "Florida Ford Rangers". Join the group, and then make a post asking for the shifter bolt. There's a whole bunch of members on there, somebody may have one. And if you're lucky, they're close to you.
