well i have hyper thech programer for a 99 to 01 mustang GT/Cobra. the owner of the gym i go to asked me if i could sell it then handed it to me and said bring me some money back. Now the way he explained it to me, he bought his mustang and it came with this but he said he didnt know how to use it so im pretty sure its never even been used before.

If it came with his Stang more than likely it's been tuned. Yall need to verify that the Stangs been flashed back to stock before trying to sell it.

 

its not mine, the car was wrecked and junked a long time ago. he said he didnt have the tune on it from it killing the gas miliage. he never wanted more power anyways so he never even figured out how to use it.

 

Oh ok. It's just strange that it came with it but it wasn't tuned... Kinda funny because it actually improves your gas mileage. Just be aware that if it is locked it's basically useless and will cost a ton of money to use. Good luck with the sale.

 

alright i took what he told me the wrong way. the tune was not on the car when he bought it BUT it was at the time of the wreck and the owner of some local shop took the tune off after the wreck (i just got home from talkin to the guy) but it will work FOR SURE.
