I got this brand new from ebay for $20+tax and don't need it. (and can't return it)
It is 14 gauge wire with high heat resistant plastic. Package is unopened.

I don't understand the point of this 'harness'. All it is is another set of wires to go in between the bulb and OEM plug. That doesn't/shouldn't affect the capabilities of stronger bulbs, right? Or am i completely overthinking this? If it really works, I might be interested if it will help with an HID kit.

High wattage bulbs put out a ton of heat compared to stock bulbs. These let you run those bulbs without the risk of frying/melting your stock headlight plugs and wires.
