Set of Chrome Lock Rods. Bought them off another member here and went to the JY today and found a set of the longer ones that are on the back doors. I like the other set better so I am selling these. $5 Shipped

Yes sir I swapped beds this past weekend. I like the 3-bulb setup better so we plugged it into my truck and it worked. So I gave Tim my 01's and he let me have the 93-97's on the bed. I have another set of tails I am going to buy after the 06's are gone.

Any pics with that blue filter on the over head console? I am curious how blue it is....would match my deck and amp led lights pretty well.

I do not. Sorry. I meant to get some yesterday before I swapped them out. Its not a true blue its more of a teal color. Give me a few mins and I'll see if I can't find any pics on here.

Edit:
Here is a picture of an OHC with the blue light filter.

Yep they are threaded inside the lock rod. Try to keep the doors unlocked while your screwing on the rods. Unless you like taking door panels off.

I have two people inline for the door lock rods. But will keep everyone posted on what goes on. Hopefully I can make it to the JY soon and get a few more sets.

Would you be willing to ship the lights to Canada? Because if so I may be interested depending on the shipping costs.

Thanks,
Sean

If anyone wants more lock rods let me know. I have a bunch of them sitting at home. Cody actually bought those from me. I have both the short ones and the long ones. I will sell them for the same $5 that he is asking.

You were able to swap out the 2 bulb tail light harness for a 3 bulb and everything worked? So could you go from a 3 bulb harness to a 2 bulb harness and it work as well? Lol. I haven't really looked into it, but I would like to run 06 tails in my 96, and I don't really want to do the trailer adapter mod. Although I did think of putting my turn signals into the back-up light socket with some amber bulbs and then just mount some extra lights under the bumper for my back-up lights.

Sorry to thread jack, but I have been curious about this but have never heard of it being done.

Yep the harness was plug-n-play. As long as the tail light harness came from a 2-Bulb truck with 8 wires at the tail light harness, I don't see why it wouldn't work. We didn't hook up the 2-bulb harness to the 3-bulb harness so I am not 100% sure.
