$40 plus shipping. I have two drivers side ones and one passenger (read up that some use two drivers sides thats why i pulled two of them)

will not split up, they will all go together and i don't want or need anything in trade.

modded? bolts in upto 03 and just widen the holes on 04+ lol

make them larger or drill a new hole in the hinge so it lines up with the existing holes. Some guys drill holes for the 3rd and 4th holes on the hinge and use nutserts but i wouldn't want to drill into my firewall lol
