make them larger or drill a new hole in the hinge so it lines up with the existing holes. Some guys drill holes for the 3rd and 4th holes on the hinge and use nutserts but i wouldn't want to drill into my firewall lol

I think they'll fit in a medium flat rate box putting the shipping at a hefty $32.95
