I have a BC246T. It is in perfect working condition. Has some small cosmetic blemishes but functions like new. I have the box, wall charger, antenna, manual, software CD, and USB programming cable as well. This scanner does do trunking so can be used on nearly every city/agency in the Houston area with the exception of those on Project25 (DPS and a few other municipalities). I recently bought a BCD996T digital trunker so I don't have a use for this one now. It is currently programmed with nearly every Police Fire and EMS that is on STARNET (pretty much the entire greater houston area) as well as HPD but I can give you links and info on how to program whatever you want in it.

Unit is $240 new from Uniden. $230 from Amazon.

Yes I can give anyone assistance as well. I have a premium account at Radio Reference. The software that comes with it from Uniden sucks but I use FreeScan (which believe it or not is free ) and works WAY better!
