they look like the ones that go in the back of the headliner by the rear window

 

I used them in my '94 Ranger to replace the trim clips just above and to the rear of each door. 2 on each side. The A-pillar was screwed in place. The next trim piece back had these plastic clips. The box these came in was marked for 2003 and later, but they fit my '94 perfectly when I redid my headliner a few weeks ago.
