All stock lights work as they should? That price is kinda steep for a cluster with those kinda miles.

Yep got it from that white 03. And u can easily swap your odometer over to this cluster to keep your stock mileage. It is obo and the price would never reflect the mileage because claiming the mileage to be what it's not in either sense is illegal so the mileage shouldn't matter in the sale.
But like i said, swap over your odometer, it's easy

All backlight bulbs work, I can't bench test the others

What all do you have to do to install these in a 99-01?

95-03 just take yours out and plug in the new one. you can roll the odometer or you can just unbolt yours and put it on the other cluster.

Easiest is just to bolt your odometer to the new cluster.
