I've recently seen a couple websites (over seas sellers mostly) that have similar things for honda's & other vehicles too.
They must be using tiny SMD led's as those look like they're not much more than 1/8" thick.

Not sure what all sizes they come in either.

The old buggman can do 'em from 4 1/2" wide up to 9" wide right now & whenever I get time, I'm gonna see about making them for the little 2" - 3" wide ovals too.
I can also do flush mount or an outline version

I'm not into the mod (just yet), but I wouldn't trust that Chinese crap anyway. lol

You have to remember that a lot of the goods here in the old USA come from China or some other foreign country.
