i am in need of this piece, it is the cover that goes on the fender in place of the mud flaps, i need the one that goes on the passengers side front fender

I bought mine new from Ford. they were like $15 each.

 

when was that? thoes theiving bastages tried charging me almost $30 for it

 

oh noes!!! maybe it was my sweet hook up i got that for....i never looked at the receipt. I'll have to look and see if i have any more if no one else has any.

 

Ive learned that I will never buy anythign from a stealership - They literally do have a 300%+ markup on all items.. its like the post I started up earlier about the interior panel clips - I went in to get a part number and asked how much they were.. he told me "4.50 for the clip".. I thought he meant a package - but he todl me, 4.50 PER clip, per single clip!

I sort of chuckled and left - then found an online source, and am sitting here with a bag of 50 clips that i bought for 15 bucks online..

Shop on the internet - youd be amazed at what you could find

 

so heres the deal, i just called robertsons in lebanon, and they just quoted me $15 for it, kendall ford quoted me almost 30 for the same part... i guess i will be hitting up some junkin yards this weekend

 

Rob, how is that different from the ones we have now?? Just the little lip that hangs down??

 

I tried looking on-line for those came up empty handed.

 

id highly suggest leaving those off, i have removed them from 06+ rangers to find rust under them

 

i think they are the same, mine is missing the passengers side

 

What does it look like underneath? Does it look okay with them off?

 

just that hole where the push pin goes, and if you have the ones behind the rear wheel take them off too. or atleast remove them and wash behind them

 

ahhh.... I plan on taking mine off so i can run flaps... but I'm not sure when... lol
