They don't seem to have the ones I bought way back when. I'll see if I can take a picture of them and post them up...maybe tomorrow.

My wife's '98 flareside has them, they look like boat cleats you would find on the dock and they are hard plastic.
i got some new tie-downs from Ford for my flare side and got some bent pieces of metal, basically stamped steel; although these will work I was thinking of something different.
