2002 Ford Ranger wrecked (pics inside)- $900

Category: Clean Title
Status: Domestic

I have a 2002 Ford Ranger for sale, in USA - Georgia.

Mileage: 128957 miles

Asking price is $$900

This is a 2002 Ranger 2wd regular cab with the 2.3L Duratec engine and an automatic transmission. It runs and drives but it is wrecked, it has a clear title and the previous owner was the State of Georgia, Fire and Safety Commission.

It could be fixed, and legaly driven on the road without any inspection or anything because of the clear title. It would, however, take a lot of work.

It has 128957 miles on it, the drivers side air bag is blown, it has a tonneu cover that has been removed because some of the brackets are broken and I think the tonneu cover has a crack in it.

I live in Tifton, Georgia and the price is $900. I'll also consider trades, so let me know what you've got. If you have any more questions just ask me and I'll do my best to answer.

That's not a bad deal. Does the engine still have plenty of compression?

The engine runs great, no problems. Since this was a government vehicle I feel like all maintenance was performed regularly. The only problem I've noticed (other than the fact that it's wrecked) is the transmission hesitates some every now and then. I think it's an electronic problem caused by the wreck. Believe it or not, I actually drove it a few miles shortly after I purchased it, and everything was fine. It has plenty of power (compared to my 2.5).

If I decide to part it out I'll let you know.

Thanks for the interest guys.

Sorry for the delayed response guys. I was expecting to get an email notification when someone posted in this thread, but I never did. The truck is still for sale, but at the moment I'm still not interested in parting it out.
