Not a bad looking truck on the net, but i personally stopped and took the truck for a drive ( it's on my way home from work actually ) and the paint is all chipped and dinged up, can't tell from far away though. Has a nasty knock, and i personally wouldn't touch another car in his lot after previous buying experiences...

Factory yellow FX4's are listed for 2006~2007 (actually 2-tone Screaming Yellow with Dark Shadow Grey lower body).

those bed rails came on all 01-05 rangers (2WD, XL, XLT, 4x4, Edge, Edge 4x4, FX4, FX4 Level II) that didn't come with the factory plastic drop in bedliner.

All 01~05 Rangers without the factory bedliner?? I've never seen a FACTORY-INSTALLED set of those bedrails on any Ranger newer than 2002. I bought my 2003 new and it did not have a bedliner nor did it have those bedrails.

I could have sworn someone told me when I was looking to buy a set that they came on 01-05s.
The only thing I could find that was otherwise was this edmunds review of a 2003 FX4 Off Road. But they could have used picture from a 2002 FX4 (Level II that was not badged Level II).

EDIT:

For the record, I did find the plastic bedrails still available in the 2004 Ranger accessory catalog but, by then, they were no longer available as a factory installed option.

You're right, those are pictures of a 2002 FX4 Off Road, not a 2003 Level II. It has the 2002 bedside decals and the 2002 seats:
