I think I can fit the keys in a small flat rate box so it would be $5 for shipping anywhere in the US.
If they dont fit in the small box the medium is $10.

nothing to yours since u have the same keys installed. 06+ trucks have smaller keys making them lower than the 05 and older

t-bar lift kit, does that just lower where the bars are mounted, so it gives the tires more clearance, and the cradle stays in the same place?

The t bar lowering brackets are just a part of the superlift kit. They are pretty much useless unless u have the front diff and lca lowering brackets.
