JD trac bars. $80, michigan

brand new! the only part that i mounted was the bracket onto the leafs, but i never had any other part installed. pm me if you want them!

Use their online calculator. I would use a flat-rate box from USPS for this though because of their weight.

yes use a flat rate box that would prob be the cheapest route......and than tell me how much you need

The Flat Rate Boxes is not the cheapest way all the time.
Depending on the shape of the parts, like the long rods, a flat rate box might be too pricey.
