I have 4 15x7 steelies. They have some surface rust on them. Rims are straight with no dents or bent lips. Come with chrome center caps. Lugs included if you want them. There are two different types of tires on the rims. One set has little tread left and the other set has a good amount. 2 tires leak 2 hold air.
