No clear coat. Will polish to a mirror shine every time. Tires NOT included. 5 center caps included. 2 caps are for lockout hubs.
Very clean, all the way around. 1 has never been mounted as it was used for a spare.

Correction needed! These are Eagle Alloy series 1869. Everything else (info) is correct.

The spare (5th) wheel is a 058. Looks the same just the holes are a tad smaller.
Still for sale too :)
