ya even 37's will be small... thats saying something haha... big effin truck!!!!!!!!! was just thinking if 39.5's wont like the D44 and since its a DD just find some used 37's and run them (even though they are a little small) until you find a D60.. then get some 39.5's. just a thought.. haha

my sister's bf's truck (95 F150) has a 6 inch lift and 35's and im 5'6" and the top of the fenders is at my chin.. so i cant imagine how big your truck is...

thanks everyone.
yes, the body lift is still on. its actually pretty identical to the height corys used to be.
14.5 would be the widest i will go. im looking for 38x13.5

the body lift is staying on. i want the extra room for when i do a v8 swap.
i think the height is perfect. the only way im going to lower it down is if i keep getting pulled over, or its not practical for me.

+1
i started working on my steering. im doing the E250/4runner shaft and toyota box that beard posted awhile back. the only issue im having is that when i put my shock hoops on, i put them too close to the frame, so when i turn, the cardan joint hits the hoop. what im doing to fix this is extending the splined end buy cutting the splined part out, welding a tube in and welding the splined end on the tube. i did one attempt already but got some binding from not being welded perfectly strait.
here is a quick paint picture to help explain.

and i had the truck outside for the first time since september, so i snapped a few pictures.
